This forum is where we put documentation, research, and content that we want to keep, share, and build over time. It’s maintained on our own server at Digital Ocean on our own domain.
If you want to make a formal #voting proposal, you start with writing up a #suggestions post.
Discord chat is great for meeting other community members, having live discussions about things, getting notification about a Tweet to share, and generally get real time announcements.
Different Active Projects have dedicated channels in the chat.
So generally, quick questions and hang outs are great for chat. Longer term information fits well here in the forum.
